肉 | We make our famous GYUKATSU by frying top grade beef quickly at a high temperature. This way the flavour and juiciness of the medium rare beef is completely locked inside the thinly coated breadcrumbs.
What is Gyukatsu?
GYUKATSU is a Japanese style deep-fried beef cutlet. However, different from other types of deep-fried katsu you may be familiar with, GYUKATSU offers a completely different taste and experience from any dish you’ve had before.
