衣 | Our original GYUKATSU breadcrumb recipe gives our GYUKATSU the perfect crispiness like no other! Compare to the usual breadcrumbs, our GYUKATSU breadcrumbs is refined and 1/10 thinner. This allows extra oil to be drained out, creating the perfect balance between flavour and texture.

肉 | We make our famous GYUKATSU by frying top grade beef quickly at a high temperature. This way the flavour and juiciness of the medium rare beef is completely locked inside the thinly coated breadcrumbs.
